Dr. Holtz is pleased to announce that Dr. Jacqueline Holubka is joining the practice as of September 1st, 2011.  Dr. Holtz initially recruited Dr. Holubka to a faculty practice 15 years ago, but in the last several years she has worked as a full-time hospitalist. Many of our patients know Dr. Holubka from their hospitalizations.  She will now be seeing patients in our office.  The only primary care patients she will follow in the hospital will be our practice patients.

Dr. Holubka will also be able to follow our patients in acute or subacute rehabilitation facilities if they require admission after an acute hospitalization.  Therefore, we hope to provide a more comprehensive and coordinated total care approach for our patients across multiple healthcare settings.  Dr. Holubka brings extraordinary experience and excellence to our practice.
